Terry A. Collins is an expert in residental construction with over 30 years in the industry. He built houses for national volume and custom homebuilders for over 18 years. After that, he worked for foundation and structural engineers for over 10 years performing literally thousands of foundation inspections and thousands of framing inspections. And during the past 5 years, he has trained hundreds of students in RESNET, BPI, Energy Star Version 3, and 2009 IECC certification classes.
