Dennis Stroer, a licensed HVAC contractor since 1974, has owned and managed his own company since 1976 and currently owns Calcs Plus of Venice Florida. He is NBI certified for Test & Balance, certified by the State of Florida as a Class 1 Residential Energy Rater, a New Commercial & Public Buildings Rater and ACCA Certified Manual J instructor. In addition to energy ratings he works with General Contractors on existing residences to identify air flow problems.
