Daryl Hannah, film legend and environmental activist, will present as keynote speaker at the ACI National Home Performance Conference in Baltimore, Maryland.
Hannah, who has been an effective, passionate activist and advocate for a more ethical sustainable world for decades, will speak on Wednesday, March 28, at 8:30 a.m. at the core conference’s opening plenary.
Hannah is also the founder of the Sustainable Biodiesel Alliance (SBA), certification program and set of best practices for sustainably produced, harvested and distributed biofuels and sits on the boards of the Environmental Media Association (EMA), Sylvia Earle Alliance, Mission Blue, the Sustainable Biodiesel Alliance, and the Action Sports Environmental Coalition. She has received numerous awards for her advocacy and activism and has written articles on self-sufficiency and sustainability for numerous magazines. Hannah is also a greening consultant for large-scale events and a frequent keynote speaker at conferences, universities and symposiums around the world.
